The Guido family started the Custom Canvas business in 1961. Today, in an environment of corporate ownership, Chuck Guido has the commitment of his wife Phyllis, his sons, Sal and Joel, daughter Karen and a team of professionals that has allowed Custom Canvas to remain a thriving family business.

Custom Canvas now has more than 24 employees and annual sales in the millions. Throughout his years of hard work, Chuck has established a reputation of quality at a fair price. He has built a foundation of satisfied customers who insist on the superior workmanship and personalized attention Custom Canvas provides. These are loyal customers who continue to refer new accounts to the company each year.

Chuck has also mastered a rare talent, on that sets his company apart from others in the industry. He has the ability to take a customer’s problem, visualize a solution and make that solution a reality. All of this happens right outside Chuck’s office, where production begins as soon as the solution is finalized on paper.

Chuck supervises the manufacturing process closely. That is why after many years and several expansions the sewing machines and, in fact, the entire manufacturing plant, still remains under one roof – right next door to Chuck’s office.

It doesn’t take long for word to get out about a product that is designed precisely to the customer’s specifications. Especially when the product is delivered on time, is priced fairly, meets or exceeds all government requirements and, finally, solves the customer’s problems.
